As a speaker at the International Digital Security Forum (IDSF) of the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT), President Hans-Wilhelm Dünn spoke about the challenges for European security: “In addition to the integration of innovative technologies into the cybersecurity architecture of companies and organizations, we need above all a European partnership for more cybersecurity. The goal must be to establish our own ecosystem that can stand up internationally and set standards.”
The panel with Ralph Hammer (Department for Security Research and Technology Transfer at the Austrian Federal Ministry for Finance), Lydia Lindner (Program Manager EU & International of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency) and Christian Rupp (Board member of the National E-Government Competence Center) then focused on approaches for forming partnerships in science, research and industry.
