Yesterday, President Hans-Wilhelm Dünn met with Thomas Wingfield , the acting Chancellor, Dean of Faculty and Academic Programs, and former Professor of Cyber Law at the College of Information and Cyberspace (CIC) at the National Defense University (NDU) and his colleagues for lunch in Washington, DC.
