Review: Cyber meets Comedy 2025
Cybersecurity, stand-up comedy, and wine – what sounds like an unusual mix proved to be a resounding success on November 20, 2025, in the Einsäulensaal of the Munich Residenz.
For about two hours, deep insights from the cyber world met with a humorous perspective provided by comedian Mathias Albus. No slides, no buzzword bingo – just honest dialogues, pointed questions, and a glass of wine in hand.
Our speakers delivered exciting impulses on AI, cyber-physical security, attack patterns, and digital sovereignty:
- Willi Eggeling (Cloutomate): AI – The Modern Way to Fail
- Markus Geier (ComCode GmbH):Â From IT Security to Cyber-Physical Security
- Stefan Beck (horizon3.ai): How attackers think – Insights from 170,000+ Pentests
- Hans-Wilhelm DĂĽnn (CSRD): Between Regulation and Resilience – Digital Sovereignty for Europe’s Future
- Gerald Hahn (AEGYS DATALYTICS):Â Invisible Realities
Each talk was accompanied by a suitable wine pairing, curated by WIENO vintner Wiebke Nohr – an homage to the historical roots of the Einsäulensaal as a Palatine tasting room.
The blend of professional input, humor, and open exchange demonstrated how lively and accessible cybersecurity can be. An evening that inspired, connected, and left a desire for more.
