Berlin, June 2, 2025 – The global competition for qualified IT specialists is in full swing. Especially in cybersecurity, the shortage of skilled personnel is increasingly becoming a risk. Approximately 150,000 IT specialists are currently lacking in Germany. Demand is significantly higher than supply. Those who do not develop effective strategies for personnel recruitment today will lose competitiveness tomorrow.
The Cyber Security Council Germany e.V. has developed an innovative tool for recruiting skilled workers, together with its member company NewLifeJobs GmbH. The goal is to significantly facilitate companies’ access to qualified IT talents.
The digital platform uses AI-supported matching, which specifically connects applicants with suitable companies. Initially, both employers and employees are completely anonymized. Profiles are only revealed and a direct connection is enabled if there is mutual interest. This process significantly increases the security standard while simultaneously protecting the privacy of all involved parties.
The platform specifically searches internationally for skilled workers in the IT sector. This allows companies to access a broad, global talent pool and significantly improve their chances of finding qualified hires.
With this solution, the Cyber Security Council Germany e.V. and NewLifeJobs GmbH create a new avenue for skilled workers and set a clear signal in the international competition for digital talents.
